Job Description
Technical operations role focused on broadcast service delivery with emphasis on live operations experience. Responsibilities include managing ingest, playout & distribution workflows, software proficiency with broadcast automation systems and applications (Amagi, CP, Skynet, TAG, MC, Zixi), 1st line troubleshooting, operational process management, and cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and customers on operational matters. Role requires ability to break down complex problems and manage real-time media broadcasting operations.
